What do I need to book?
Just provide your rental property address, drop-off date, and pickup date during checkout.
What time is delivery?
Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM daily.
What time is pickup?
Gear is picked up by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Do I need to be there for delivery or pickup?
Nope! Just let us know where to leave the gear at your rental (porch, carport, etc.) and we’ll handle the rest.
How do I get my 10% discount?
Use your exclusive guest password on this page. The discount will be applied automatically.
Where do I put the Items when we are done with them?
Please leave the items exactly where we dropped them off, make sure the items are rinsed off and in the same condition as when we delivered them. If items are not ready for pickup, a fee will apply.
Is setup included?
Nope! We do not set up any gear on the beach. We Deliver everything to your rental unit.
Can I add extra days or swap items?
Absolutely. Just call or text (843) 452-4833 and we’ll adjust your order. Fees will apply.
What if my rental address changes?
Please update us right away at (843) 452-4833 so we can deliver to the correct location.
